The practice

Motivational Mental Health & Wellness is the California telehealth practice of Laurel Kepner, PMHNP-BC. Website content is general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only after the practice accepts you as a patient under its usual intake process.

Appointments and telehealth

A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Telehealth visits are for patients the practice can serve under applicable California rules and the clinician's licensure. The website and text messages are not for emergencies. If you are in danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

SMS / Text Messaging

Motivational Mental Health & Wellness sends customer-care text messages only when you submit https://www.motivationalmentalhealthwellness.org/contact and check the optional SMS consent box. Messages may include follow-up on your consultation request and appointment scheduling and reminders. Messages will not include diagnoses, treatment details, or other clinical information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking or of receiving a response.

The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Providing a telephone number does not opt you in. Visiting the website does not opt you in. Submitting the form without checking the box does not opt you in. Keyword opt-in is not used for new subscribers. START and YES only resubscribe someone who opted in through the checkbox and later texted STOP.

Motivational Mental Health & Wellness does not share, buy, or sell text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
